Community moderator

You own trust on the map: reports, new listings, calm and firm decisions.

About the role

A marketplace of classes between strangers runs on trust alone. A moderator keeps the bar: handles reports quickly and lets no deceit or danger through.

What you'll do

  • Handling reports and disputed posts
  • Checking new classes, masters and spaces
  • Answering people — briefly, politely and by the rules
  • Proposals to make the rules clearer

Who we're looking for

  • Calm and firmness in disputes
  • Good written Russian; English is a plus
  • A couple of hours a day at predictable times

Nice to have

  • Experience moderating communities or in customer service
