About the role
A mountain season means dozens of people and hundreds of details. The coordinator holds it all together: who works when and where, what needs buying, and how the centre, the kitchen and the map talk to each other.
What you'll do
- Shift rotas and cover
- Purchasing and suppliers
- The season's weekly plan and its written results
- The first point of contact for the seasonal team
Who we're looking for
- Experience organising a team or events
- Keeping many threads without dropping any
- Being able to be in Krasnaya Polyana

- Experience in hospitality or tourism
