Absolute · the team behind the projects
Absolute is a group of projects about a life worth living: classes nearby, food, health, meetups, media. We are bringing together people who are good at what they do — and want to do it together.

The Absolute group
Each project is its own business with its own face. They share a mission, a quality standard and people: grow in one project or try yourself in the next.

The community kitchen
Fresh food every day, a chef with a name and a written kitchen standard. Pick-up after class, delivery, a meal waiting on arrival.
Health on four levels
A free strength check-up — body, mind, feelings, spirit — and a plain read of lab tests. Your data stays on your phone.
Dating through real reasons to meet
The shortest way from a shared interest to a real meeting — as two or with friends. There is a reason. Now just invite. 18+.
From idea to result
The group's creative-tech agency: development, AI, marketing, SMM and PR, branding, creative. The team is put together for each project.
Spaces that set the standard
Our own centres, with all four levels under one roof: Krasnaya Polyana and Phu Quoc. There are only a few — they set the bar for the whole map.
Also in the group:
Why here
No faceless contractors here. Work is signed by the person who does it — in the product, on the menu, at the centre.
Success is measured in real meetings and classes, not hours in an app. What you do shows up in the city.
Everyone works in tandem with AI: the machine takes the routine, people keep the decisions and the taste. That is why one person here runs a whole direction.
Start in one project and try yourself in the next: the map, the kitchen, health, media — all under one standard.
Product, media and expertise work from anywhere. The kitchen, the centres and the meetups are in Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi and Phu Quoc.
The road to mastery doesn't have to be torture. That goes for work too: no burning out, a rhythm that lasts for years.
How we work
They come from the Absolute manifesto — one standard for guests, masters and our own people.
Read the manifestoA person matters more than a process or a catalogue. We don't turn people into resources — neither guests nor our own.
Everything under the Absolute name answers for itself. The standard is written down and checked, not held together by handshakes.
Decisions, rules and the reasons behind them live in dated documents. A newcomer gets up to speed in a day, not a month.
Only what brings a real meeting closer stays. One extra screen between a person and the moment is our failure.
Clear terms and no hidden fees — for guests, masters and the team.
No excess collection, no selling, the right to delete. This site keeps nothing about you either.
We build products so people leave the feed for life. And we meet in person ourselves whenever there's a reason.
Honestly and up front — so nobody wastes anyone's time.
Ways in
Not every way into Absolute is a job. Some run a role on the team, some take on a project, some gather people in their city.
A permanent role in one of the projects: product, kitchen, centre, community.
Team rolesA task with a start and an end: translation, a shoot, design, a city on the map. Absolute Media puts a team together for every project.
Project rolesWinter in Krasnaya Polyana: kitchen, guests, admin, photography. Winter hiring runs October to November, summer hiring March to April.
Seasonal rolesDoctor, lawyer, dietitian: you review what the projects do and put your name on it.
Expert rolesYou gather people around activities in your city and bring them to the map with your personal invite link.
For Lighthouses — on abso.liveYou run classes — put them on the AbsoLive map. Free, with your own page for students.
+ Add yoursYour own business under the Absolute standard — or a contribution to the projects, not for a share or profit.
For partners and patronsTell us what you're good at and what you want — we'll find the role together.

No more than five requirements per role and not a word about years of experience: what you can do matters more than where and for how long.
18 roles
Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres — in tandem with AI. You own whole parts of the product, from idea to release.
You find your city's classes, masters and spaces and put them on the map — with facts and photos.
You translate the interface and texts into Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish or Korean — in the same voice as the Russian.
iPhone, Android, Safari: you walk through scenarios on real phones and find what automated tests miss.
You own trust on the map: reports, new listings, calm and firm decisions.
The face of the centre: guests, the schedule, masters and an order that makes people want to come back.
You pull the season together: people, shifts, purchasing, the links between the kitchen, the centre and the map.
You shoot classes, masters and food so people want to come. The shots go to the map, the sites and social media.
A guest's first impression and a clean space — what a beautiful moment is made of.
You cook fresh food every day to a written standard — and your name is on the menu.
You run the kitchen on the head chef's days off: the same dishes, the same standard.
You review the menu, calories and macros and put your name under them. No miracle promises — just honest food.
You approve the lab-test thresholds at which AbsoHealth advises not to wait. Your signature is under every one.
You check short health cards against sources: what's true, what's a myth, what's still unknown.
Personal data, public offers, the structure of the group and its partner companies. This role is what opens the projects to people.
You run the group's voice on social media: masters, classes, the kitchen, the centres — no pathos, no shouting.
Marks, interfaces and print for the group's projects — in the «Volt» system, where every project has its own colour.
You come up with and run meetups around shared interests — so that meeting people is easy. 18+.
Write what you're good at and where it fits the group. Roles appear along with projects — and with people.

Hiring
Five steps, no whiteboard puzzles. Each one is about how we'll work together.
Who you are, what you can do, what you want. Links to your work say more than any CV.
We answer every application — and name the role's terms right away: format, hours, pay range. If we're not a match right now, we say so plainly.
Getting to know each other: you, the work, how things run. Questions both ways.
A small real task or a day at a centre — so both sides see what it will be like.
A guide from the team and documents that spell out how everything works here.

FAQ
You need skill — where it comes from doesn't matter: a job, your own business or something you've lived for years. Show what you can do — that beats years on paper.
The roles listed are jobs, and we name the terms of each in our first reply: format, hours, pay. Lighthouses, masters on the map, partners and patrons are ways into Absolute without being hired — and we say so plainly.
Yes. Project and expert roles work that way, and many permanent roles come part-time.
Product, media, translation and expertise — remotely. The kitchen, the centres and the meetups — on site: Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, Phu Quoc.
Write in your application what you're good at and where it fits the group. The list of roles grows with the projects.
Yes. Pick your main role and name the other projects under «What you want to do» — it'll be one conversation.
This site neither stores nor sends what you type: the email is put together in your browser and leaves from your own mail. Only the team reads applications; they go no further.
