The Absolute group

One team — many crafts

Each project is its own business with its own face. They share a mission, a quality standard and people: grow in one project or try yourself in the next.

Why here

What's here for you

  • Work with your name on it

No faceless contractors here. Work is signed by the person who does it — in the product, on the menu, at the centre.

  • Results you can see

Success is measured in real meetings and classes, not hours in an app. What you do shows up in the city.

  • Small team, big leverage

Everyone works in tandem with AI: the machine takes the routine, people keep the decisions and the taste. That is why one person here runs a whole direction.

  • Many projects — one way in

Start in one project and try yourself in the next: the map, the kitchen, health, media — all under one standard.

  • Remote or on site

Product, media and expertise work from anywhere. The kitchen, the centres and the meetups are in Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi and Phu Quoc.

  • A pace you want to keep

The road to mastery doesn't have to be torture. That goes for work too: no burning out, a rhythm that lasts for years.

How we work

Seven rules the team lives by

They come from the Absolute manifesto — one standard for guests, masters and our own people.

Read the manifesto
  1. 01

    People at the centre

A person matters more than a process or a catalogue. We don't turn people into resources — neither guests nor our own.

  2. 02

    Quality is a promise

Everything under the Absolute name answers for itself. The standard is written down and checked, not held together by handshakes.

  3. 03

    We write things down

Decisions, rules and the reasons behind them live in dated documents. A newcomer gets up to speed in a day, not a month.

  4. 04

    Simplicity over features

Only what brings a real meeting closer stays. One extra screen between a person and the moment is our failure.

  5. 05

    Honest money rules

Clear terms and no hidden fees — for guests, masters and the team.

  6. 06

People's data is not a product

No excess collection, no selling, the right to delete. This site keeps nothing about you either.

  7. 07

    Real life beats the screen

We build products so people leave the feed for life. And we meet in person ourselves whenever there's a reason.

Who will find it hard here

Honestly and up front — so nobody wastes anyone's time.

  • If you need detailed instructions for every step. Here you more often get a goal and trust.
  • If quality means «good enough». We redo things until they're good.
  • If AI feels like a threat, not a tool. We work with it every day.
  • If growth matters more than trust. That's not how we grow.

FAQ

What people usually ask

Do I need experience?

You need skill — where it comes from doesn't matter: a job, your own business or something you've lived for years. Show what you can do — that beats years on paper.

Is it a job or volunteering?

The roles listed are jobs, and we name the terms of each in our first reply: format, hours, pay. Lighthouses, masters on the map, partners and patrons are ways into Absolute without being hired — and we say so plainly.

Can I combine it with my main job?

Yes. Project and expert roles work that way, and many permanent roles come part-time.

Can I work remotely?

Product, media, translation and expertise — remotely. The kitchen, the centres and the meetups — on site: Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, Phu Quoc.

My role isn't listed. What now?

Write in your application what you're good at and where it fits the group. The list of roles grows with the projects.

Can I apply to several projects at once?

Yes. Pick your main role and name the other projects under «What you want to do» — it'll be one conversation.

What happens to my data?

This site neither stores nor sends what you type: the email is put together in your browser and leaves from your own mail. Only the team reads applications; they go no further.

Where can I read what Absolute is?

In the manifesto at abso.live/manifest — the mission, the principles and what we don't do. A good way to see whether it's for you before you apply.
